Young Singaporeans feel that the price of HDB flats has gone up significantly over the years, making them less affordable and beyond their reach. Also, due to the current housing policy that favours couples or families, there’s some frustration among singles who aspire to own a home.

Everyone wishes for a home. Though, what makes for the perfect cosy home may differ from person to person. With the government’s beneficial housing grants and schemes, everyone’s ideal home is within reach.

APPROACH
In this film, we see people from different walks of life walk through a show flat. As they explore what could be their ideal home, they find helpful government grants and schemes that could help them afford a home.
